I've had multiple unrelated sites hacked and credit cards fraudulently used this year and I am trying to track the source. Last week you helped me check my work PC and we found nothing, so now for my laptop. This might be more likely to have some malware as my teen is not as savvy when clicking links.

Logs are attached. I think I did it all correctly.
Thanks very much for your help!

    Hello, niceandspicy999

Re-run Hitman Pro, activate/enable the free trial and allow it to remove:

    Malware remnants
    Potential Unwanted Programs
After reboot and when you are back in Windows, rescan with HitmanPro and upload the new log.

*Noting that you have both JRT.exe and AdwCleaner_4.103.exe, update to the latest versions and perform scans, upload the resulting logs please.

    How is your pc running?
