Possible Infection? (askbar)

I've been having issues lately with my 4 year old laptop crashing on me with "Blue Screens of Death". These "Blue Screens of Death" have said two things so far: DPC Watchdog Violation and Video Scheduler Internal Error. I play a lot of Lord of the Rings Online through the Steam video game program, and the BSoDs only occurred when playing this video game. I do not play any other video games lately.

This led me to feeling like maybe I should run the "Read & Run Me First" steps to see if it could possibly be caused by some sort of malware infection.

Just ran the "Read & Run Me First" steps, and some results did come up, namely this "AskBar" result. Logs are attached.

Note: I encountered one error when running MGTools. A screenshot of that is attached in this reply.

Your issues with BSODs are not due to malware. Your logs are clean. The ASKbar item is insignificant in the scheme of things. It is just a PUP and you only have some left overs from it. I suggest that you post in the Software Forum.

Thank you for helping me to eliminate the possibility of malware from this issue! I will post in the Software forum for help with the BSODs.

You're welcome. I suggest that you quickly cleanup from running the malware process. See below:

Your logs are clean. Please complete all of the below final instructions before running any other scans to avoid false detections of things we have already quarantined or left overs from system restore.
If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    3. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    4. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
