    Laptop 64 bit Windows 7
A day doesn’t go by without me seeing the BSOD.
It might be malware related but entirely sure.
When I see the BSOD the error message I often see is IRQL not less or equal.
I also see stop numbers from memory like 0x0000007E, 0xc0000000E and others.
I’ve used Driver easy to update the system. I’ve also used the windows update.
I need some professional help now please so I can get this sorted as I spend more time restarting etc etc then actually using the item.
The only thing I have plugged in is the mouse & a Wi-fi dongle.
    Thanks. I await instructions.

Well at present I’m unable to turn laptop in after about 5 hours of continuous use today.
Safe Mode not getting me started, loading files message in screen freezes.

I’ve been trying now to start it for say 20 minutes.
    hopefully it will start.

Last night I run the stress tests for Dell and all passed.
    Run malware bites. Avg.
I used it last night for 4 hours with no issue all the time I was running these tests.
This morning I switched it on fine.
I used it for hours since switching it on no problem.
I downloaded from my memory software to read crash dump files and now I am unable to use them to see my issue Ha Ha as I can’t start it.
I can’t even remember the name of them but when I was looking they were quite popular.

After this crash when I tried to start it I see various BSOD when trying to start. Hopefully they have been logged ?

So at present I can’t advise other than that as I am unable to switch it on / start up even using F8 options.

Well i have just managed to start it, One Hour twenty minutes.
I took out battery etc as screen was black, eventually i then seen a message about windows start up repair but was told it couldnt be fixed.
I pressed the on/off button and it started.
Looking in the dump file folder i see the below.
Just to advise when i had the first BSOD it was System Service Exception.
I then tried to start the laptop but each time i had seen a different BSOD whilst trying to start.
Looking in the dump file folder these arent there, maybe because laptop didnt actually start.

The Ram installed is 2 x 4GB and purchased \ installed from Crucial within the last month.

Here is the text from the dump file folder.

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

I'm not trained to read dump files.

That points to a problem with RAM.

If the BSOD started about the time the new RAM was installed, that's another indication of problem with the RAM.

When you say you can't turn the laptop on, do you mean it will now power on or, do you mean Windows won't load?

If it will not power on, then there is a hardware problem that could be a) power adapter, b) cord on power adapter c) power port that adapter plugs into.

I mean light come on to say it was on but screen was black.
Since starting it the issue hasn’t happened. Fingers crossed so far but don’t hold out.
