Possible malware detected

I ran TDSS Killer and MBR Check and they both detected threats.

Could someone advise me on how severe the threats are, and what steps I need to take, in getting rid of them.

Both logs are clean. These are just unsigned files being detected by TDSSKiller but they are not malicious.

No, I'm not experiencing any mw problems. I was just curious after all of the hub-bub about Alureon DNSChanger malware, and computers not being able to access the net.
