At school I got an email about a direct message from twitter. I stupidly clicked on the person's twitter handle and my internet immediately disconnected. We have this security program at school called safeconnect and it would not allow me to connect.

I went home and was able to connect in safe mode. I did all the steps and ran all the tools. I think I am clean but I wanted to make sure. I appreciated all your help from before. Thanks in advance.

Your logs are clean. What issues are you having, if any?

I'm in normal mode running the ESET online scanner. So far it has found 1 threat (37% completed).

    Win32/PrcView application.

After ESET finishes scanning should I just have it do the default actions for this one and any others it finds?

    Yes, have it remove it.

Here is the ESET log. It looked like it picked up MGtools. I will bring my computer to school tomorrow and see if the problem is fixed.

Everything seems to be working now and I am able to connect at school. Thanks so much for all your help. Lesson learned: Never opening anything from twitter or facebook messages again unless I can confirm they sent it to me.

    Good idea.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. You can uninstall RogueKiller and HitManPro.
    2. Go back to step 4 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link
