Possible Malware Infection?

While I was cooking lunch, my kid decided to "make words" on the computer and wound up clicking on a questionable link. When I came back to the computer, I found all kinds of popups that wouldn't go away, wouldn't stop popping back open, etc. So I hopped into Task Manager and forced Firefox to quit, then came straight here to start the cleanup procedure (because this is pretty much how we caught a nasty virus previously).

So here are all my logs. Most of the programs didn't detect anything, but a couple seemed to find something questionable. Would someone mind looking at my logs, please?

Nothing is happening since I rebooted and ran all of the programs. I just wasn't sure if I'd been infected or not. Thanks for checking for me!
