Possible Malware on PC - Need Help Please

Hi,

I suspect my PC has Malware on it. I have followed the instructions on Malware removal and used Combofix, Spybot S&D, Malware Bytes and the Microsoft Online scanner. Some issues were fixed by the Combofix. The Malware Bytes, Spybot, Norton and Microsoft Scans say the system is clean. However, I still have a persistent file in my c:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Local Settings\temp folder. The file is Perflib_Perfdata_a30.dat. I have tried to remove it using Malware Bytes File Assasin, and even after reboot it is not removed. I keep getting a message that the file is in use. I have run Hijack This and attached the log. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mind telling me what process uses the Perflib_Perfdata_a30.dat file? I'm relieved it isn't malware. Just getting spooked because my DVD writer has stopped writing DVD's and nothing I do seems to sort it. Kind of added 1 + 1 and got 3 :-o
