Hi guys, sorry if this is a repost of a previous problem, but I don't seem to have any leads to a solution for this problem. I was downloading a file converter (mp4 to mp3) and it seems that it had a virus that came along with it. Now my browser seems to be loading everything a bit slower on this computer. I also have another problem with my other computer with the claro virus and I've tried removing it before, but I'll post in here once I get home for that one.

I've done some of the logs that the guide suggested, but I'm not entirely sure what the virus is that has infected the system. I'd appreciate any help given though.

You need to allow MBAM to fix what it found and also have Hitman fix what it found. Then you need to attach the logs from running MGTools.
