Was running scans on this computer (NOT MINE!) and noticed an enty for Spy Axe on some of the scans. I wanted to make sure this was gone and also make sure there are no other malware issues before I give this computer back. Thanks in advance for all your help!

Looks like SUPERAntispyware took care of most of the remaining issues.

Unless those items in the Trusted Zone are absolutely necessary (and I doubt it) they should be added to the HijackThis fix below.

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it. This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
    O24 - Desktop Component 0: (no name) - http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/ww/beta/y3.gif

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Other than the above your only issue is that this PC has no protection. The below steps need to be applied.
