Possible to clean w/o internet connection?

A friend has a small office and her computers are infected with some sort of trojan or something. I keep finding a icon of a small dog in the Windows/temp folder and it keeps changing names. My dilemma is that there is no internet connection at her office for the lan. There was but the wireless tower fell down about one month agon and they haven't got it back up yet. Is there some way of getting this cleaned off the computers without having an internet connection. Thanks.

 

Most of the tools listed in our tutorial can be ran without an internet connection. Most will require that you manually update signature files, downloads are available here at MG's for the tools that require updated signature files.
