Possible Virtuemonde.

Hi,

Well, On friday, I think I got a case of Virutmonde. Spybot S+D found it several times, and attemepted to fix, with no success. I would check all possible stickies about fixing Virtuemonde, but my internet is extremely buggy. Plus, I'm not very experienced in this sort of area, so If anyone could help me out? What's the first step?
