Hello there I have attached all files available. I have previously cleaned my computer thinking I was rid of all malicious files, but I think I am still infected or possible have a virus or damaging malware.
I think Search Conduit is hiding in my computer. I am at a loss

    Please help with my laptop.
    Windows 7 home premium
    4gb ram
    64bit
    laptop
I was using Mozilla as a browser but now I am using Icedragon Comodo
    Mozilla no longer works on this laptop. {same thing has happened to my desktop}
I really prefer Mozilla but wonder how I can get it back ?
I don't know if search conduit has damaged my mozilla browser.

We are going to be uninstalling your old version of FireFox and installing the new version. So do the below to save bookmarks:

    • Run FireFox and click Bookmarks.
    • Then select Organize Bootmarks.
    • Then on the next window click File and then select Export. Save the bookmarks.html file to your Desktop for later use in importing.
Now download and save the installer for the current version of FireFox but DO NOT install it yet. Get it here: Mozilla FireFox

You will need exit FireFox now and use Internet Explorer to continue with the below until we reinstall FireFox.

Start by uninstalling FireFox and then reboot. Do not skip the reboot.
After reboot, delete the below folders:
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
    • C:\users\UserAccount\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox

where UserAccount is the actual user account name being used.

Now reinstall FireFox from the file previously downloaded.
Import your bookmarks file. (similar process to exporting).

    Any better?

this file was not available to delete.
    C:\users\UserAccount\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox

However, Mozilla is now working. Thank you ....

did you look at my hitman pro log?
should I run any more software and post logs ???
I didn't mean to post 2 questions but I still would like your opinion to see if this laptop is now clean.
Thanks in advance for your response :)
