possible virus/trojan... need help

So this is the second time that I got the same virus, first time I cleaned it up, and it worked fine for a week, and then it's back to crap. Not quite sure what the problem is, but when it gets going, I can't access the ESET sites, or the Symantec sites. NOD32 detects the virus, but does nothing to actually stop it. Google searches all link to other sites (often asking if that's the search term I was looking for). So here are the logs (SAS didnt find anything). I really appreciate any help you guys can offer, you've already helped me out before, so thanks again!
