Hey Goldie, what program is that in the top left corner? Sounds dangerous, not something I'd like to have installed on my machine. What is it's purpose? Do you use that when even a format won't do the trick? Or when you're mad at your Mum? Or is that a program you install on your "friends" computers when they have asked for help 1 too many times? What does it do? A slow overheat? A sudden explosion? An implosion? I'm just so very curious.....

 

I don't know - I've never been brave enough to click it Maybe it does an rm / -rf

 

What's an rm/-rf? I don't get the joke.

 

remove/reformat?? thus my hesitation with going to Unix/Linux (learning all those commands)

rm / -rf in Linux is the equivilant of "del *.* /y" in Windows
