posting log files as requested in FAQ still infected

We did not ask for a HijackThis log. We need the log from running MGtools.

 

Your logs do not show any malware problems. They do show other issues:

1. you have no antivirus program
2. you are running Spybot's Teatimer which we requested that you not use in the READ & RUN ME, however since it is your only active protection right now it is better then none at all.
3. you are relying on the inadequate window firewall instead of using a real firewall
4. you are way out of date with SpywareBlaster v3.4. You need to uninstall it and install the current version from here SpyWare Blaster
5. You did not uninstall all the old Sun Java versions as requested in step 1 of the READ & RUN ME. Uninstall the below now:
   • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 1
   • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
   • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 11
   • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2
   • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 4
   • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
   • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9
   • Java(TM) 6 Update 2
   • Java(TM) 6 Update 3
   • Java(TM) 6 Update 5
6. You need to run this Disable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.
