Power Defragmenter GUI question

    I was wondering if anyone has tried this program. It mention it runs off of sysinternals software. I've gone to the sysinternals website and it keeps on mentioning windows NT. Will those free utilities work on Windows XP? Has anyone used them. There new to me.
