Power Point Add-ons opinions

We have MS PowerPoint 2007 on business computers. We do live Web-Ex conferences with PP presentations and are interested in buying "add-ons" for PowerPoint.

Does anyone have an opinion on what program(s) are good to buy for this? We are interested in 3D effects and most anything else that isn't basic with MS PP.

On-line we saw that we can download a trial version of OfficeFX 3D PowerPoint Animation...

I don't have a problem with using OpenOffice but do they have these extra capabilities?

FX is more popular than Power Plugs.

I can't find any bad reviews, MS offers it at their Marketplace, rated 4 out of 5, 1215 votes.

They offer a trial, so if you can judge for yourself.

They offer two versions OFX an Pro-OFX, OFX being a lot cheaper.
