Power Supply Problems

I built this computer about 3 years ago and has worked like a champ. I am now occasionally getting an on board beep which I think may be a low voltage. I use Winbond Hardware Doctor ver 2.71 to monitor the computer operating voltages and temps. My 3.3+ voltage indicates it is running at 3.22 V and the lower limit is set at 3.10 V. I don't get an error message or at least if I do it doesn't stay long enough for me to read it. Also the Vcore voltage looks like it rides at the lower end. Limit range is 1.1 v low limit and 3.90 v high limit and the voltage runs in the 1.47v area with minor changes as I watch it.

Is there anything else that would beep from the mother board that I should look at? I just ran the lower limits on the above 2 voltages to see how the alarm acts and what the beep sounds like. The alarms did go off with a warbling beeping tone but not sure it is the same sound as I heard since when I have got it there was only 2-3 short beeps over about a 3-5 second period and then it quits doing it. It is very occasional, been several months since last heard but got it twice in the last 2 hours.

Nothing else is noted and the computer keeps on working. Not having any boot or freezing problems at all.

I try not to shotgun my fixes since that is time and money down the tubes if you don't hit the target. Been told several times earlier that I have a too small power supply but it has worked 3 years now and other than the above it seems to do the job.
