I have a HP Pavvilion Entertainment PC. 3 pretty new, about 2 months old. I uninstalled my lightscribe LabelPrint software because it was giving me problems and reinstalled it except now my Power2go isn't letting me copy discs. It says, No burner is currently available or you don't have rights to access the burner. Does anyone know why it's doing this? And how I can fix it?

The DVD is also not showing up to play it.

First, we'll need to know what version of Windows you're using; I'm assuming Vista, but it could be different. Also, we'll need a more accurate model number of the PC. Pavilions usually have numbers like z650a or x5310n. It should be on the front of the PC down near the bottom of the case. If it's not on the front of the case anywhere then you'll have to look for the model number on the back of the PC. Once you get this info, post it and we'll go from there.
In the meantime, try a system restore and 'roll back' to a date when everything was working OK....

UPDATE: I went poking around the HP web site, and I found this article about burning/DVD/CD problems. I think it was written primarily for laptop PCs but it may be helpful...
    Good luck!
