Premiere Pro CS 3 help!

    I feel like an idiot. (I've used Premiere 6.5 for years.) I now am ready to edit a project in Premiere Pro CS3, my first. Why can't I drag clips into the timeline? It says "0 sequences" at the top. The "sequence" tab up top pulls down but is all greyed out. I have a bunch of clips captured and ready to go. Help!
