Presario CQ56 no power, no leds. Tried replacement external power cable. No change. Looking for pinout of internal power cable 602743-001.

Power jacks usually only have one voltage and that's the voltage of the power supply, if there are multiple wires coming from the same jack they're all connected to either - negative/black +positive/red and are usually the only ones you need for the laptop to run.

On yours there's a brown, yellow and white, one will probably be for an LED inside the power socket which you can test for with a 9v battery and some sewing pins.

It doesn't take much deduction if you have a multimeter set to circuit test or ohm to see which wires are connected to which, then put sewing pins in the other outputs of the internal jack while it's connected to the adapter and test the voltage of each output.

To simply test your adapter use with a multimeter to see how many voltages you have, or whether you have voltages at all, the outputs and voltage is written on the side of the adapter.

I used these pictures as reference, you could always just buy a new one for $6.

I couldn't find a pin out either and I doubt you'll find one.
