Prestige 250 GB Hard Drive

Hi everyone. I brought an Iomega Prestige 250GB external harddrive from Dell about 3 months ago. It was working fine. Unfortunately the partitions have been reduced in size. I am running Windows XP Media Center and I have six usb ports. I have tried all the ports. It is being recognized by the OS, but it only has one partition, which is 31MB. What happened to the remaining partitions and space. I am at a lost. If anyone can help me with is problem, I will appeciated it. All the important files I had are missing. Right click on "my computer" and choose manage. Then click on "Drive Options" in the window that opens up there. Then look through the list of drives in the lower right portion of the screen and post a screenshot of the results for the external drive.
