Preventing A Paste Becoming An Attachment

    When I use Win 10's Snippingtool to capture an image, and then PASTE it into Telegram, the actual recognizable image may get pasted (desirable), or it may get sent as an attachment - UNDESIRABLE. If the latter is the case, the recipient has to open the received file in an image program to see its content. How can I prevent my pasting being turned into an attachment ?
