Print driver host for 32bit applications has stopped working

Hi,
i am trying to run an old adode app under win 7pro 64bit. It used to be fine but now i am getting the above error. I have rebooted but still getting the same error.. the details are below - if anyone can help....

I guess with "adode" you mean Adobe; what app & version?

Have you tried running it under Compatibility Mode?

I'm going out so don't have time to search but this will give me a starting point when I have the time to delve deeper.

I looked at the faulting module above which is hpzuiwn7.dll which led directly to an HP site with this issue mentioned as far back as 2010.

I'm not sure if you are using a networked printer.
