print job que problem

Hi I cant delete 2 print jobs from my print que and they are stopping me from printing anything.

I have a HP 5400 series connected to a US robotics wireless router/print server and am running XP home SP2.

I have tried stopping the print spooler and deleting the files in the system32\spool\printers folder and restarting the spooler but they are still there.

Rebooting into safe mode, restarting the printer and combinations of all of the above but no joy.

Ive deleted it and re-installed it too.

The wont delete and give a stautus message 'error processing command'.

Can anyone help, this is driving me nuts,

yep it's a pain for sure. But I've tried all that to no avail.

Does anyone have a clue as to what I can try?

Hi. Sounds as if the printer could be causing the problem. You might try powering down the print server and the printer at least overnight. Hopefully, any memory of having been sent this previous print job might be "erased". Lotsa Luck.
