printer networking problem

    I would start with deleting the printer and connecting to the hosting computer again and then the printer. Not through Add a Printer, rather by going to
    Start > Run and typing in the host's IP or name with two \\ in front of it, i.e. \\192.168.37.120 and then press ok.
    The host's shared printers should show
    click on the desired printer
    accept the warning if it appears

    If it still doesn't work, you might need to download your own drivers if the ones from the host don't apply to your Operating System properly. What OS is the host machine and yours?

    Why does it say Fax in the job line? You aren't sharing an all in one printer and trying to fax out?
