printer networking problem

i am trying to print on a networked printer in my office. it is connected and ready but when i try to print on it nothing happens. this is what it shows on the server pc. its weird because its connected and it shows that its printing but yet it shows this.

I would start with deleting the printer and connecting to the hosting computer again and then the printer. Not through Add a Printer, rather by going to
Start > Run and typing in the host's IP or name with two \\ in front of it, i.e. \\192.168.37.120 and then press ok.
The host's shared printers should show
click on the desired printer
accept the warning if it appears

If it still doesn't work, you might need to download your own drivers if the ones from the host don't apply to your Operating System properly. What OS is the host machine and yours?

Why does it say Fax in the job line? You aren't sharing an all in one printer and trying to fax out?
