Printer Problems

Running XP Home; We have two HP Printers: 1 Laser Jet 4 and 1 HP 4200 All in one inkjet. For some reason, cannot cancel all documents. One document remains in the queue and prevents subsequent docs from printing. We have shut off printers; re-booted PC, etc. These are network printers...and there is no on else on the network at the time! Can you please help?? Thanks!!!

Have you updated the printer drivers?
If not , do so.
If you have , roll drivers back to previous driver.

 

Start here, you will need to check your model numbers, before downloading any drivers, as yours seem to be discontinued, but often a series (Like 4100 series will be compatable) I would mosey around the site, as I believe they can search your computer from there, and tell you which you need,
