Printer Status Window

rolleyes I have a Lexmark X3350 AIO , with Vista 32...went to Lexmark site and downloaded Vista driver, since wasn't originally made for Vista. I also ran the clean up utility and rebooted before installing the new Vista driver. No CD available for Vista.

Anyway when printing the print job doesn't complete. The printer status window stays up (lxccpswx.exe) and doesn't shut itself down like it should. I have to end it in task manager. I have granted full permissions to it, actually to every Lexmark exe. (which not too crazy about doing) Also granted full permission thru firewall.

I've even done an uninstall, clean up, and fresh install.

I'm wondering if I have too many printer drivers, there are 6 in Printer Folder, ones installed by other apps.

Foxit PDF Printer - use this only if I need to type in a PDF, been awhile.

PDF Redirect v2 - use a lot, since Firefox's is always busy anymore.

QuickBooks PDF Converter - haven't used in over a year - will be downloading MS Office Accounting 2009. Won't need QuickBooks, most likely. And already have a PDF converter.

Microsoft XPS Document Writer - don't believe I have ever used this, is it necessary?

Send to One Note - used a couple times, but I don't see why it needs a driver.

Ooops, I kept having to re-log in and forgot this; Lexmark is Default and all other printers are "Ready".
