Printing emails

    Hi,
    I use Outlook Express for emails and just recently when I try to print an email only the address bar prints, not the contents of the email.
    My wife uses the same printer for her computer and when I forward the email to her she gets it to print OK.
    Can anyone advise me how to fix this problem
