Printing from the web?

My friends computer will print from any program except when you try from the internet, when you try it gives some script error message line 14 char 1?

How do i fix this? any help would be appreciated

Hi

If your friend is using IE, then try this click Tools > Internet Options, and go to the Advanced Tab, then look for in the list Disable script debugging and pop a tick in the box and close IE and reopen and try again.

also re-register this dll as it could be the cause, as I dont knwo the Windows version used will go with the steps for XP, click Start > Run and type regsvr32 shdoclc.dll and hit enter

also as may script errors are java related, make sure the latest Java Runtime is installed and make sure also that older versions are uninstalled and use JavaRA for this.

Its running windows vista as well dont know if that helps but... ya

Hi

yes all info helps greatly so thansk for that, I would try what I posted and also as well as re-registering the dll I mentioned also re-register ieframe.dll and ole32.dll as well, use same command.

So commands are
regsvr32 ieframe.dll
regsvr32 ole32.dll

do note the space after the 2 of regsvr32

ok when i try that it gives some error saying that the module was loaded but the call was not found or something like that? The error came up when i tried both
