Hi........Has anyone run across the above trojan. I seemed to have no probs w/my comp, but decided to run Yahoo Ant-spyware and come up with it. Reading up on it I understand this is a rather current trojan. Now I am wondering if this might be the cause of a friends comp (haven't had a chance to look at it yet) gobbling up almost all the ram even when booted up but not in use. You can see by freemem, the ram slowly disappearing until it is down near 30 (1 gig to start with). Comp seems to run slow even when ram is near 1/2 gig. Comp is Dell 2400 with XP home. Anyone have any experiences with this trojan? Thanks

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
