Privacy Group Files F.T.C. Complaint Against Samsung’s Voice-Operated TVs

I think we are always going to get "some" group complain about anything tech related that "may" infringe privacy, is it a real issue or publicity for a lesser known charity or focus group.

I despair at times at the amount of groups that pop up that I have never heard of that complain about a topic but really do not put they money where their mouths are.... in my healthcare area, I wish some would "put up or shut up" help us if you think there is an issue over moaning.

On Samsung TVs is there direct proof or just proof of concept as both are different.


We could really add this type of complaint to all forms of internet life, as all your google, bing, yahoo etc searches are logged, your posts on forums are logged to IP, Time, Date, your shopping habits are logged online, your bank affairs are logged, it never ends, sadly some like to moan for publicity over really helping the "ordinary folk"

EPIC in the group that filled this, what is their electronic security like for members of that group, they keep data and do the members know what its used for?
