prmrsr.exe and 'Security Task Manager' ???

1. What is 'prmrsr.exe' ( c:\windows\system32\prmrsr.exe -boot ) ?
It seems to be very well related to Coolwebsearch, which is malware as that file in Windows/System32 is not a legit Microsoft one.

2. Best place to 'research' programs like 'prmrsr.exe' that are found, by programs like 'Security Task Manager', to be potential malware threats ?
Best places, basically any search engine will give you many hits on a specific file, if its a random generated one as some malwares do in fgtsasas.exe or hasgywe.dll then you will get really no hits, but a genuine Windows or Software file will get some hits.



3. How do you rate 'Security Task Manager' ( http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/index.html ) and/or would you recommend a better program to do similar work ?
Personally I think its OK, would I pay for it, likely not but it works, so long as the files in question are in their database. I tend to search the web for files over using an application.
