problem after using sas

i am following your guide for malware removal after using sas i cannot open any program i used outlook today to acess the internet.the sas program seems to have eliminated my problem but i was still going to finish malware removal when i click to open sas i get a window that asks "open with"

and i would refrain from doing anything on your pc, especially outlook, while doing the malware removal steps.

And as smokingun says, when running these scans, have all programs closed and don't do anything on the keyboard.

Oh, and these fixes are for XP, what are you running?
