Problem importing incredimail to thunderbird

    When I try to use "incrediconvert" to import incredimail to thunderbird I keep getting "access violation at address 0041AD3D in module 'INCREDICONVERT.EXE' read of address 62753B84. Anybody know what this means and how do I fix it? I'd like to get everything moved into thunderbird and dump incredimail.
