Problem- Multiple Spyware :S

Hi there,

Iv run.. spybot search n destroy.. and ad aware 6.0

but i cant remove these problems.. my whole computer is slow and i cant laod up task manager .. plus my shortcut bar from the bottom of my screen has gone (no show desktop, windows mediaplayer, or firefox) .. this is after i accidently installed a setup.exe

i ran hijack this and it produced this log :

Is there ne1 here who cud sprae me 5 minutes and giv me sum advice on wot 2 delete in order 2 resolve these problems

in particular i notice this Ssk.exe and this Imkzm.exe

i tried to remove surfside kick.. i deleted it.. but then i rescan using hijack.. and its still there :S

guys i removed that surf side kick.. but my firefox keeps randomly going to different websites !!!

Welcome to Majorgeeks!

Please read and follow the sticky thread guidelines. NO LOGs should be posted inline and HijackThis logs are not to be posted until the READ & RUN ME sticky procedure is completed. Make sure when you run it that you install HijackThis properly.

Since you also have a Look2Me infection, you must first run this: Look2Me VX2 Removal

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

Thank you very much for ur advice, im sorry for any inconvenience caused.. iwas in a panic when i posted the messages on the forum i fear i will hve to buy a new computer.. because this is ruined

My friend says i mus reformat my whole pc to remove te virus completely and programs such as hijack this merely stop the virus from running i hope i dont have 2 do this.. but i may have 2 reinstall windows

Iv followed the procedure that was outline in the readme, but i could not use counterspy (i havent been able to access internet.. i user IE or firefox.. but after 2 minutes.. they stop working.. i have 2 restart pc.. in order for them 2 work agen.. but i have done evreything else asked of me)

I wasnt able to conduct the first scan either (Bitdefinder- as there is an error wid the actual scanner) I have taken an active scan (shows up spyware and dialer- this is on another user.. on my computer) Also my new hijack this log
