Problem not sure what im at a loss here please help

Keep haveing Problems with my pc and it driving me crazy cant figure it out so here i am i keep geting this error or the pc just locks up ramdomly in games like in call of duty 2 it locks and in Pacific Fighters i was just seting up my controls and it reset for no reason was on a server or anything heres what was in the event veiwer error log
The application, C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE, generated an application error The error occurred on 01/15/2006 @ 09:58:39.265 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 748D4ED5 (mshtml)

AMD 64 3700+ 939 CPU
ABIT AN8 SLI MOTHERBORAD
EVGA PCI-E GEFORCE 6600 GT VIDEO CARD
1 GIG OF KINGSTON DUAL CHANNEL 3200 400MHz RAM
WINDOWS XP PRO SP1

P.S. PROBLEMS ONLY HAPPEN IN GAME!!!!!

Are you sure this error is the one giving you problems? (event viewer just about always has errors listed)

Do you have an XP CD? (not recovery CD)

 

now it happen out side games heres the Error signature
