Problem system

    I have been having a problem with my computer where I can not hit sites like yahoo.com and could not download the new firefox. I also just noticed that a product called AntiVirus XP 2008 was installed although I did not install it.

    I went through your Read Me First steps and could only get so far. I was able to run CCleaner but after installing SuperAntiSpyware I could not access their site to get the definition updates. I then tried installing Spybot S&D and it could not perform the installation and hung at the file download section. I then tried the malware anti-mailware program and could not get the updates for that program.

    Attached are the logs from running mgtools.exe.

    Can you run MalwareBytes and SuperAntispyware without updating and get me the logs?

    You need to download and install:
    Java Runtime 6
