Problem with comp

I just recently put together a comp,

it had tons of problems with fitting the heat sink in the case (had to buy another one)

And PSU fitting.

Problem that I am having now,

I have 2 video cards, ones built in and ones a pci card.

I cannot plug in the monitor into the PCI cards vid card, bc it is only hdmi and dvi.

So i plug it into the built in vga slot.

I turn it on, I hear the one beep to show that its running normal. But no signal going into the monitor.


DO YOU THINK IT IS THE VGA PORT OR THE PROBLEM WITH THE BUILD IT SELF?
