I had downloaded a trial verison of Style Xp and I had applied a different set of icons to my system. Well now the trial is over and I have no way of getting rid of the icons and setting them back to normal again. I have tried redownloading the trial but it still keeps track of me and says that my trial has expired. I have also used RegCleaner to get rid of the style XP entries but it still recognizes that I have used it and my trial is over. Is there something I can download or do to restore my default XP Icons again?

This might work if you haven't already tried it.

Go to the Start Menu, click on Control panel, click on Display, then click on Desktop, then select the Costomize Desktop button, finaly click on Restore Defaults.

You can also click on the Change Icon button and choose what you want.

    I hope this helps.

Yeah i had tried that before and it didn't work because the uxtheme.dll was already altered. so i downloaded a different icon changing program for a free trial and then uninstalled it and then it had an option to set the icons back to the originals and thats what i did.
