after being awol for a while now, here I am again, sir.

wasn't sure where to post this problem

I am having a bit of a problem with the site, sir.
when I log in and report to the forums all of the questions are backwards...the questions are last and the answers are first...kind of makes it wierd, sir. not sure what is going on but awaiting any orders that may be given. :)

Try switching to Linear mode as shown in the screenshot.

    That's the way I prefer it. :-D
I only need to read back to yesterday's submissions, as I am on MG daily.

It saves me starting at #1, only to find that the original question has been answered and I can't contribute anything further.

If I find a thread that I haven't read before and I am interested in it, then I go back to #1 and read forward to the latest answer. It works well for me, but then I am "different". :-D
    So they tell me.:)

"The reasonable man adapts himself to the conditions that surround him...
The unreasonable man adapts surrounding conditions to himself...
All progress depends on the unreasonable man."

I have been called "unreasonable" :-D

Only issue I have seen with working newest to original post is that if you do not know the full thread and the original question then its possible to post the wrong info as you'll have not read the original question, this doesnt happen alot but I have seen it many times before (just a thought) in applications posted that are not what was asked for as they followed an equally misguided post.

To me, the oldest first is more natural.
    Other way is Bass-Ackwards.

I am with hrlow2, the Original Post has to be at the top, I read the question, think to myself "I got this one with the prefect simple answer." then I keep reading and someone has beaten me to it.

I completely agree! Start by reading post 1, then read post 2, then post 3, and so on... :)

    From Buck_nekid
That is exactly why I don't start at #1, unless I have not read it before.
    See my earlier post, #3. :-D ;) :)
