    Hello.

I have recently had a problem with malware.
I have AVG at the moment and it shows that I have:-
"\\?\globalroot\systemroot\system32\MSIVXsilxmiokkwnvqowhxwmivkiewbmlmmkc.dll";"Trojan horse Injector.EL";"Moved to Virus Vault"

    and

    "C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe (940)";"Trojan horse Injector.EL";""

I have worked through your malware removal guide and firstly SUPERantispyware will not install, I keep on getting the 'SUPERantispyware has detected a problem and has to close' and secondly when I try to run Malwarebytes anti malware nothing happens, the program just won't run.

If anyone can be of any help it would be appreciated.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

You need to attempt all steps in the READ & RUN ME. The below is a direct quote from the 1st page
Even if you cannot run SAS, MBAM, or even ComboFix the odds are high that you will be able run RootRepeal and MGtools.
