Whenever I try to open Mozilla firefox the application error message : "The instruction at 0x7c6c71ca referenced memory at 0x7c6c71ca. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program." comes up... I dont think it's a problem with my memory drives and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing I do seems to work. Can anyone help me?

Click on program then Mozilla Firefox and select Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode). Does the same error occur?

What about Portable Firefox (download from this link)? Does it work? And Internet Explorer? Does it work?

What AV are you using? What Anti-Rootkit apps(if any) are you using?
