Problem with my PC.

Hello guys. I'm using Windows XP SP2, and I do have a problem with my PC.

I can't access the Task Manager, it said that it was disabled by my Administrator but in fact, I'm the administrator but I didn't disable it. Another is that, when I run regedit.exe, the same thing happens, it says that it has been disabled by my administrator.

When I open my PC, Avira detects *lots* of viruses, but after few seconds, Avira automatically closes. I opened Avira again, but it automatically closes. The same thing with CCleaner, it automatically closes around 5 seconds after I opened it, I can't even scan. I also tried to run in safe mode, but I get only BSOD.

Can someone help me here?

Perform the entire Read and Run Me procedure. Then start a thread there for more assistance. It sure sounds like a malware infection to me.
