problem with recommended download

I tried to download the uninstaller program, it's not Revo or Iobit just standard uninstaller. Well i succeeded the first time i tried it but got a bunch of Malware with it.

I just looked to try it again in hoping Babylon Toolbar was gone but it's still a big issue. Babylon toolbar is bad news and if you read terms and conditions it says it's not safe.

Even though i did not check any box agreeing to download, babylon still gets on your system.

Can someone look into this or provide another download location.

What's the exact name of the program? Are you trying to download it from Major Geeks? Spyware-laden programs don't get listed here for downloading; clean, useful ones do.
