problem

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I have some problem about my laptop system. Truthfully, I don't know anything about them. Since my laptop is new, but when I open Task manager, there's too much processes there. Normally my friend have 40 until 60 processes. But mine is up to 90 processes.. there's the list of my system processes
