problem

i can not do any thing with my puter.
amd atholn 3000+
windows xp home


i have tried to run all tests but my puter just goes back to a security warning page.
that i mean but that is i try to open up a web site and it goes to a different one.

i did finally get to MJ and tried to DL any of the spyware programs and it will not let me..
on that page it says

i do have a recovery drive on my puter so can i do a reformatte with that drive or do i need to copy the drive than reformette the thing...and also HOW DO I Reformatte this bit$#.

i can not open up any icons, any favorites, i can not do a system restore either it says nothing has been changed.
