problems again

just a month or so after my last comp issues, i seem to have them all over again.
i ran the panda scan and it picked up 25 things that it would not fix for free, adaware and spybot isnt fixing it either.
i dont really have the time this week to go threw all those other steps, (planning some major local events)
so my question is, is it worth it to pay the 12.95 for the 6 mo (or what ever it is) and let the panda scan do it?

i think you guys would know best about that!

if you really think it isnt worth it, i would just have to make time i guess and do it the hard way with a few pots of coffee lol...
