Problems at the Check Out/Payment page

Hi

I'm not sure if this the right part of the forum for this question, but since I changed from Firefox to Chrome I am having problems with buying stuff as when I get to the payment pages/check out it either freezes, refuses to edit, or times out. On a few occasions by constantly refreshing the page it has worked but to be frank it would be quicker to go to the shop and I have resorted to the phone on a couple of occasions. The Firewall is obviously set to allow chrome, I've checked for malware and it seems clean. Any ideas ?
