Problems installing XP

I get this error and I recognize whats going on but I need some help on how I can fix it.

I am running an older computer intel celeron 733mhz 128 mb ram 4 gig hdd

I have partitioned and formatted the drive correctly, I load it up then, i get to the setup screen were it installs windows and I get to the part were it loads the registry stuff and this error comes up.

grpconv.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point WritePrivateProfileStrinA could not be

located int the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
